Hall of Fame

This week has been the busiest week EVER! I literallly haven't stopped until a couple of hours ago and watched angus thongs and perfect snogging its so cringey haha.

Anyways its my Auntys 30th this Friday and I dont know what to wear I have too much ideas I got these baby pink metallic very futuristic block heel - perfect for A/W12 when I was in Liverpool. So I want an oufit to go with them. I have a few outfits in mind and thought id share. And any comments will be great thanks!!

The sheer babydoll pink dress is very girlie and pretty its from tfnc from house of frazer its not something I would usually go for but something about it is catching my eye and would go so well with my shoes. I love the sequin detail along the top its adds so much more to the simple party dress.

The bralet is on trend the tweed/boucle style and these shorts are a lighter than top in colour but together I could see them being a great combo. The shorts are high waist so slightly a bit of midriff showing. Both are from topshop both £18 each. BARGAINNN!

The 3rd look im obsessed with these molly jeggings in the grey gun metal and metalic is sooo on trend for the next couple of months and I would definitely be wearing these again. The peplum top is a little more me I love this trend but it never thought I'd like the trend on me its too old in most plain peplum and this one has a quirky print so it doesn't age as much and its a lot more subtle for a peplum. Both from river island.


Im swaying to look No.3 for friday night because of the grey gunmetal jeggings although I wanted to get my legs out because I havent worn heels and bare legs in awhile when I say bare I mean party ready false tanned legs haha!

Get the look - Tulisa

So i saw a picture of Tulisa on a night out in a River Island Leopard Print Midi Dress and I thought I'd do a get the look post. I myself really liked the dress because i would have paired it wit black frilly Topshop socks, black creepers and a black leather jacket and maybe a bowler hat or scarf for the winter. But Tulisa paired it with nude strappy high heels and a leather jacket. Have to admit I am loving her blonde hair, at first I loved her brunette but now the blonde really suits her - it reminds me of the first N-Duz days !!!

So I think I'm actually going to but the midi in this dress (Tulisa has on the knee length dress). At €35 it's really good and you could wear it casual like my look or dressy like Tulisa and still achieve the celebrity look #love (haha)

Weekly Wishlist

Im back to studying so I dont really have much time to be wearing the clothes never mind go out to shop for them so my weekly wishlist has been cut down to five items (in the hope I'll actually get to pick them up) !!!

1: Check River Island Chelsea Girl Dress - I posted a pic on instragram of this dress last week then while in River Island I saw it and fell in love with it in person so I hope to pick it up next week. I saw it in the shopping centre today but they didn't have my size I was nearly crying so I'll get it another day. HOPEFULLY :(

2: I have been recently obsessed with hats - 2011 it was scarves and 2012 it is hats and every type to be honest (caps, floppy hats, bowler hats etc) I have my eye on this River Island one, I saw it today tried it on and was like I know penneys/Primark will have that exact one in a couple of days/weeks so I won't pay the €20+ for that (typical student)

3: I'm really loving these two River Island blazers - the purple one is slightly long and has such a gorgeous Aztec print and is only €30 in the sale (in the basket ready for checkout next week align with...) the orange and black leopard print blazer/jacket - I tried it on in the shop and I knew it was the one for me and at €60 it's not that expensive for such a nice thing. Then I seen a AMAZING LEATHER SLEEVES AND SILVER BODY BLAZER which is obviously on my to get list :) !!

4: I have been also obsessed with waxed metallic jeans and river island have a gorgeous selection of colour - bronze, silver and black (all would look nice with my two new blazers!!) I'm defiantly investing in a pair this AW12 !!

5: Finally I'm loving Dungarees!! I haves denim and White pair (cringe white :() ) but they are ready for the bin I've had them since I was twelve and loved them but now I want a pair that are sort of loose and baggy. I saw these gorgeous Monki pair which I love and have a pair of Asos ones which are nice but I prefer the Monki ones !!

Hope now these wishlist dreams come true this week because I can sense its not going to be a good week for me !!! :( but the again positive thinking and all !!!

WEEK IN PHOTOS #7

So this week has been pretty busy, I'm nearly back to "education" and I'm dreading it, early mornings, assignments etc but still at least I had a good summer feels like it flew by!!! I went out with my sisters a lot this week and had a shopping day too and then went to the Tall Ships Festival and then went on anther shopping trip today (me shopping...... Nooooo??) I bought a couple of pieces and been out for dinner three days in a row - one good thing about student life is that you only eat at set times so I wont be stuffing my face here there and everywhere :D

2 - then I went to the Tall Ships festival and was soooo tired after it I think I walked the city !!!

3 - went out with my sister for dinner and was so full because I had a massive starter !!

Get the look - Miley Cyrus

So Miley Cyrus might be experiencing some harsh press time at the moment, I feel the total opposite as I'm really loving her now. I think her new pixi haircut is gorgeous and she has been one of my favourite style icons for a while now. So I saw pictures of her shopping in New York and I loved what she was wearing - it was so on trend with GRUNGE and ARMY being a massive trend for A/W12. So I thought I'd go and find highstreet equivalents for her outfit so that you can get her fashionably look. You could add the chunky gold jewellery and round sunglasses or even a pair of black tights but either way you could customise your look whatever your style but you can still look grunge with these 4 highstreet pieces and a little helping hand from the ever so stylish Miley Cyrus !!!

FQOTW #6

The inspiration for this weeks FQOTW came from a conversation me and Hayley had the other day - when we finish our studies we want to have a career we love (fashion or makeup) because we want to love what we do everyday. So with saying that - LONDON HERE WE COME !! Anyone need two roommates in a few years (hehehe lol)

WEEK IN PHOTOS #6

So this week in photos is pretty short. I have been busy but actually don't have any pictures to express how busy I was , ironically !! But the pics I do have will hopefully be good enough.

1: I went to one of my good friends birthday party and it was surprisingly really good. I talked to friend I haven't seen all summer and we had a good laugh which is typical of my friends.

2: while at the party I was reminded that I will be going to the Nicki Minaj Concert YAYYY !!! We had a good dance to friends and mes song STARSHIPS and I remember how excited I am to see her. Roll on November.

3: my two beautiful nieces and nephews were in my house and even though there only 4 months apart they are so different !! But I love them both ( just love buying both boy and girls clothes :D)

4: Because Hayley was talking a out Styled to Rock I missed it the other day and then she persuaded me to go home and watch it. I am now obsessed with it and want to be a fashion designer again - along with a makeup artist !! DECISIONS , DECISIONS !!!
